Details of the Job/Internship

Chambers of Indruj Singh Rai is hiring Associates with at least one year of post-qualification experience in litigation to join its team in New Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting pleadings, written submissions, and legal opinions.
• Conduct legal research and case law analysis.
• Appear and assist in proceedings before tribunals, High Courts, and the Supreme Court.
• Coordinate with clients, departments, and other stakeholders.
• Manage documentation and case preparation for hearings.

Eligibility

• Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience in litigation.
• Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Ability to work diligently and handle multiple cases simultaneously.
