Details of the Job/Internship

Edvisars Consultancy Services is hiring an Advocate with over 5 years of experience to join their office in Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft legal documents including notices, complaints under Section 138, and recovery/commercial matter pleadings.
• Draft and vet agreements such as MSAs and NDAs.
• Provide legal opinions and guidance on various matters.
• Attend occasional court proceedings.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• Minimum 5 years of legal experience.
• Preference for candidates with litigation background open to corporate legal work.

Salary/Stipend

₹45,000 per month.
