Details of the Job/Internship

Ram India Group is hiring an experienced Advocate with 5+ years of specialization in real estate law to join their office in Bibwewadi, Pune. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal guidance on real estate transactions including acquisitions, leases, and sales.
• Ensure compliance with local property and zoning laws.
• Handle real estate disputes and contractual negotiations.
• Conduct legal due diligence for property matters.
• Draft and review legal documents related to property transactions.
• Advise clients and internal teams on regulatory issues and obligations.

Eligibility

• LLB with minimum 5 years of experience in real estate law.
• Strong understanding of local property laws and Pune’s regulatory environment.
• Proven experience in dispute resolution, legal drafting, and compliance.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Salary/Stipend
