Aanand Nirmal and Associates, Advocates is looking for candidates for the role of Advocate to join their office in Pune.

Role and Responsibilities

The Advocate will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court. They will also handle client consultations, provide legal opinions, and participate in negotiations and mediation.

Eligibility

• Strong knowledge of International Law, Corporate Law, and relevant legal areas.
• Experience in handling civil and commercial litigation cases.
• Familiarity with property matters and contract drafting.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Law degree from a recognized institution.
