Details of the Job/Internship
ACM Legal is hiring an Advocate with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join its team in Connaught Place. The role involves handling commercial litigation and arbitration matters, appearing before multiple judicial forums, managing matters independently, and supporting litigation strategy and client conferences.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handling and arguing commercial suits, arbitration proceedings, and related applications.
- Drafting pleadings, written submissions, affidavits, applications, and replies.
- Appearing before the Delhi High Court, District Courts, and Arbitral Tribunals.
- Managing matters independently with minimal supervision.
- Assisting in litigation strategy, case preparation, and client conferences.
Eligibility
- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in commercial litigation and arbitration.
- Sound knowledge of the Delhi High Court Rules, Code of Civil Procedure, Arbitration and Conciliation Act, and District Court procedures.
- Strong drafting, research, and oral advocacy skills.
- Ability to handle matters independently and adhere to timelines.
- Prior experience before the Delhi High Court.
