Role and Responsibilities
The Advocate will handle a wide range of legal responsibilities, including drafting, legal research and appearing in court proceedings.
Eligibility
- Experience in Criminal Litigation, having considerable exposure to PMLA and white collar crime cases.
- Proficiency in Drafting, Legal Research, and Court Procedure.
- Strong Communication skills.
