Details of the Job/Internship

Acumen Attorneys & Advisors is hiring two Advocates with over 2 years of experience to join their office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Advocate 1: Handle commercial litigation with a focus on DRT and NCLT matters.
• Advocate 2: Handle criminal and miscellaneous litigation, including High Court matters, preferably with exposure to ED-related cases.
• Draft legal documents with precision and clarity.

Eligibility

• Law graduate with 2+ years of post-qualification experience.
• Relevant experience in either Commercial Litigation (DRT & NCLT) or Criminal & Miscellaneous Litigation (including High Court and ED matters).
• Strong drafting skills.

Salary/Stipend
