Ad Litem Associates is hiring an Advocate to join their office in Pune. This full-time hybrid role involves providing legal advice, handling client matters, representing clients in legal proceedings, drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, and staying updated on regulatory developments.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and handle client cases.
- Represent clients in legal proceedings.
- Draft and review legal documents and contracts.
- Conduct legal research.
- Stay informed about regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and protect client interests.
Eligibility
- Strong knowledge of legal principles and processes related to advocacy and client representation.
- Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents and contracts.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills for client interactions and case handling.
- Strong analytical thinking and research abilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with relevant Indian laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in legal software and tools is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) with valid enrolment with the Bar Council.
