Details of the Job/Internship

Adv. Prachi Sonawane & Associates is hiring a Legal Associate (Fresher) to join their Pune office full-time. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and prepare legal documents.
• Summarize case details and prepare legal memos.
• Assist in drafting corporate agreements.
• Support trademark and copyright registrations.
• Handle society and trust registration processes.
• Conduct title verifications and legal due diligence.
• Provide administrative assistance to the legal team.

Eligibility

• Law graduate (recently completed LL.B.).
• Strong research, writing, and organizational skills.
• Understanding of Indian law and legal procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal research tools.
• Fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
• Possessing a two-wheeler is an added advantage.
• Prior legal experience is preferred but not mandatory.
