Role and Responsibilities

• Prepare Title Search Reports from land and revenue records.
• Appear in court for hearings, filings, and procedural matters.
• Draft petitions, legal notices, affidavits, and supporting documents.
• Conduct legal research and assist in litigation cases.
• Liaise with clients, revenue offices, and authorities to verify property documents.

Eligibility

• LLB from a recognized university.
• Familiarity with Bihar’s land and municipal records preferred.
• Independent, reliable, and self-driven.
• Own mode of transport preferred.
