Details of the Job/Internship

Nirmit R. Shah is hiring an Advocate with 3 to 4 years of PQE to join his Mumbai chamber in a full-time, on-site capacity. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle civil litigation and arbitration matters.
• Manage real estate disputes involving property and redevelopment.
• Resolve co-operative society disputes.
• Manage estate planning, testamentary, and succession disputes.
• Execute non-litigation tasks including conveyancing and business transactions.
• Handle contractual and commercial disputes.
• Attend proceedings across various courts, tribunals, and forums.

Eligibility

• Minimum 3 to 4 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
• Hands-on experience in civil litigation.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of cases.
• Keen interest in growing through practical court exposure.
• Willingness to work in a full-time, on-site capacity in Mumbai.

Salary/Stipend
