Details of the Job/Internship

AMRG & Associates is hiring an Advocate to join their office in New Delhi to support its growing UAE Advisory Practice. The role focuses on technical research on UAE taxation laws, professional drafting of advisory documents and knowledge material, and managing the overall efficiency of the UAE office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct structured research on UAE taxation laws, regulatory updates, and compliance changes.
• Track and analyse new tax notifications and amendments.
• Prepare internal research notes and technical summaries for senior review.
• Draft tax advisory opinions, technical memorandums, client responses, issue notes, presentations, research papers, and articles on UAE VAT and Corporate Tax.
• Maintain and update internal repositories of tax research, precedents, and regulatory updates.
• Develop templates and standard formats for recurring advisory work.

Eligibility

CS/LLB.

Salary/Stipend
