Ankit Kanodia & Co. is hiring an Advocate with 1–2 years of experience in Indirect Tax litigation to join their office in Kolkata.
Role and Responsibilities
- Represent clients in indirect tax and GST litigation matters.
- Draft pleadings, legal documents, and submissions for tribunals and courts.
- Provide advisory support on indirect tax compliance and dispute resolution.
Eligibility
- 1–2 years of post-qualification experience in Indirect Tax litigation.
- Knowledge of GST and indirect tax laws.
- Strong legal drafting and research skills.
