Anushree Agarwal is hiring an Advocate to represent clients before the Rajasthan High Court in Jaipur. This is a part-time hybrid role that involves representing clients in legal matters, preparing legal documents, offering legal counsel, and managing proceedings in civil, criminal, and other cases.
Role and Responsibilities
- Represent clients in legal matters before the court.
- Prepare legal documents and pleadings.
- Provide legal advice and counsel to clients.
- Manage proceedings in civil, criminal, and other cases.
- Conduct legal research and analyse case laws.
- Draft contracts and other legal documentation.
- Attend court hearings as required.
Eligibility
- Licence to practise law in India with membership in a recognised Bar Council.
- Proficiency in legal research and case law analysis.
- Strong drafting skills, including pleadings, contracts, and legal documentation.
- Knowledge of civil, criminal, and administrative laws.
- Familiarity with procedures of the Rajasthan High Court is an advantage.
- Effective courtroom advocacy, argumentation, and client communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time-management capabilities.
- Prior experience in trial or appellate practice is preferred.
