Details of the Job/Internship
APJ Legal is hiring an Advocate with at least 3 years of experience in civil law litigation to join their office in Pune. The role involves representing clients in court, drafting legal documents, providing legal advice, and conducting legal research.
Role and Responsibilities
- Represent clients in court and negotiate settlements.
- Draft legal documents and prepare legal briefs.
- Conduct legal research.
- Provide legal advice and engage in client consultations.
Eligibility
- Minimum 3 years of experience in representing clients in court and negotiating settlements.
- Proficiency in drafting legal documents, preparing legal briefs, and conducting legal research.
- Strong skills in providing legal advice and engaging in client consultations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Law degree and bar admission.
- Experience in a variety of legal areas is a plus.
