Aranyakaa Farms is hiring an Advocate to join their on-site team in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Represent the company in legal matters and proceedings.
- Provide legal advice and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Prepare, review, and manage legal documents and contracts.
- Handle disputes and coordinate with external legal parties.
- Work closely with management to safeguard the company’s legal and strategic interests.
Eligibility
- Strong knowledge of contract law, property law, and corporate law.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and dispute resolution skills.
- Ability to draft and review legal documents and contracts.
- Experience in managing legal cases and liaising with external legal parties.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) is essential; Master’s degree (LLM) is preferred.
- Kannada reading and writing skills are mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
