Details of the Job/Internship

Arihant Superstructures Ltd is looking for an experienced Advocate. This position requires an individual with a strong understanding of real estate law, court procedures, customer dispute resolution, and legal documentation.

Role and Responsibilities

• Court Representation.
• Legal Drafting.
• Customer Legal Queries.
• Compliance & Documentation.
• Legal Due Diligence.
• General Legal Support.

Eligibility

• Education: LLB (Bachelor of Laws) from a recognized university. Additional qualifications (LLM or certifications in real estate law) will be a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in real estate law, litigation, and legal advisory.
• Proven experience in drafting legal documents such as notices, deeds, agreements, and letters related to real estate transactions.

 

Salary/Stipend
