Details of the Job/Internship

Ark Legal is hiring an Advocate – Technology & Data Privacy Law with experience of 5+ years to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide advisory and ensure compliance under the DPDP Act, IT Act, and global privacy frameworks.
• Draft and negotiate technology and data-related agreements.
• Advise clients on technology, data protection, and regulatory matters.
• Represent clients before regulatory authorities.

Eligibility

• Minimum 5+ years of post-qualification experience.
• Experience in technology law, data protection, or related regulatory practice.
• Willingness to work full-time in an in-person role in Mumbai.

Salary/Stipend
