Details of the Job/Internship

BankU (India) Limited is hiring an Advocate to represent and advise the company in cyber crime, banking, and financial fraud matters.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle cyber crime and banking-related legal matters.
• Assist in bank account freeze, lien, and legal hold cases.
• Coordinate with Police, Cyber Cell, Banks, and Law Enforcement Authorities.
• Draft legal notices, replies, petitions, affidavits, and other legal documents.
• Appear before District Courts and High Courts as required.
• Provide legal opinions and ongoing legal advisory support to management.

Eligibility

• LLB or LLM with valid Bar Council enrollment.
• Experience in Cyber Law, Banking Law, or Financial Fraud cases preferred.
• Strong legal drafting and court practice skills.
• Practice experience within the Patna jurisdiction preferred.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
