Details of the Job/Internship
Be Legal is hiring an Advocate with relevant experience to join their office in Babar Road.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle corporate and business litigation.
- Manage white-collar crimes defense.
- Work on arbitration and insolvency & bankruptcy matters.
- Provide legal advisory across various practice areas.
- Collaborate with high-net-worth individuals, startups, entrepreneurs, and corporations in India and abroad.
Eligibility
- LLB or equivalent degree from a recognized institution.
- Legal research, case analysis, and argumentation skills.
- Litigation, dispute resolution, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of corporate law, white-collar crimes, and insolvency & bankruptcy regulations.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced legal environment.
- Experience in intellectual property, real estate law, or legal compliance is a plus.
