Details of the Job/Internship
Be Legal is hiring for the position of Advocate to join their office in Delhi.
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Role and Responsibilities
- Represent clients in court and before regulatory authorities.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and draft pleadings, petitions, and opinions.
- Handle arbitration and insolvency matters end-to-end.
- Provide legal advisory across diverse corporate and compliance issues.
- Engage in strategic dispute resolution and negotiation.
Eligibility
- LLB or equivalent degree from a recognized institution.
- Strong command over corporate law, white-collar crimes, and IBC regulations.
- Exceptional litigation, legal research, and argumentation skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple high-pressure assignments in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in Intellectual Property, Real Estate Law, or Compliance is an added advantage.
