Details of the Job/Internship

Be Legal is hiring for the position of Advocate to join their office in Delhi. 

• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Role and Responsibilities

• Represent clients in corporate and criminal litigation, arbitration proceedings, and insolvency matters.
• Draft legal documents, case summaries, opinions, and court pleadings.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis.
• Appear before courts, tribunals, and arbitration panels.
• Provide legal advisory services across various sectors and practice areas.
• Collaborate with internal teams and maintain client communication with professionalism and discretion.

Eligibility

• Qualification: LLB or equivalent degree from a recognized university.
• Strong foundation in Corporate Law, White-Collar Crime, Insolvency & Bankruptcy.
• Excellent legal research, case analysis, and courtroom argumentation skills.
• Proficiency in dispute resolution, negotiation, and litigation procedures.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex cases in a fast-paced legal environment.
• Experience in IPR, real estate law, or legal compliance will be an added advantage.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
