Be Legal is hiring an Advocate with relevant experience to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle corporate and business litigation matters.
- Manage white-collar crime and financial fraud defence cases.
- Work on arbitration, dispute resolution and insolvency and bankruptcy matters.
- Assist with intellectual property and trademark protection.
- Manage real estate and property law-related cases.
- Conduct detailed legal research and prepare legal documents.
- Represent clients in court and provide strategic legal advisory.
Eligibility
- Strong expertise in Corporate and Criminal Litigation, White-Collar Crimes and Financial Fraud Defence.
- Experience in arbitration, dispute resolution, insolvency and bankruptcy matters.
- Proficient in legal research, drafting and preparation of legal documents.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and court representation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience handling high-stakes legal matters and providing strategic advisory.
- LLB degree from a recognized law school and Bar Council of India membership.
- Prior experience in legal practice, preferably in a similar domain.
