Details of the Job/Internship

Be Legal is hiring an Advocate with strong experience in corporate and criminal litigation to join their New Delhi office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle corporate and business litigation, white-collar crimes, and financial fraud defense.
• Manage arbitration, dispute resolution, insolvency, and bankruptcy proceedings.
• Advise on intellectual property, trademark protection, and real estate matters.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and draft legal documents.
• Represent clients in court and provide strategic legal advice.
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to case strategy development.

Eligibility

• LLB degree from a recognized law school and membership with the Bar Council of India.
• Strong expertise in corporate and criminal litigation, white-collar crimes, and financial fraud defense.
• Experience in arbitration, dispute resolution, insolvency, and bankruptcy matters.
• Knowledge of intellectual property, trademark, and property law.
• Excellent drafting, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to manage high-stakes legal cases and work independently or in a team.

Salary/Stipend
