Bizsolindia Services Pvt. Ltd is hiring an Advocate with experience of 3 years to join their office in Pune.
Role and Responsibilities
- Interpretation of Law and Drafting skills essential as the work profile will include handling of matters pertaining to Income Tax and all acts under indirect taxation.
- Further Drafting of writs/appeals before different forums, legal notices, recovery notices etc.
- Advising on Customs, Central Excise, Service Tax, and Goods and Services Tax laws.
- Representation of matters before authorities at various levels.
Eligibility
- Have sound logical knowledge of understanding of law, best interpretation skills, reading and updation of knowledge & learning attitude.
- Min drafting experience with legal firm.
- Sound knowledge of GST, Income Tax will be preferable.
