Chambers of Mayan H Jain is hiring an Advocate with experience of to join their office in Chennai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Prepare and review legal documents.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis.
- Represent clients in court proceedings.
- Provide legal counsel on diverse legal matters.
- Manage multiple legal cases and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM) from a recognized institution.
- Enrollment with the Bar Council and a valid license to practice law.
- Strong knowledge of legal drafting, research, and analysis.
- Expertise in courtroom representation and litigation proceedings.
- Proficiency in preparing and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills tailored to legal contexts.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple legal cases and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Experience in civil, corporate, or criminal law will be an added advantage.
