Details of the Job/Internship

Chambers of Mayan H Jain is hiring an Advocate with experience in civil and corporate legal matters to join their office in Chennai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft legal documents and contracts.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis.
• Represent clients in court proceedings.
• Participate in negotiations and provide legal counsel.
• Collaborate with the legal team for effective case handling.
• Communicate with clients regularly to ensure smooth case progress.

Eligibility

• Degree in Law (LLB or equivalent) with enrollment in the Bar Council of India.
• Strong legal research, analytical and reasoning skills.
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in civil, corporate legal matters and Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.

Salary/Stipend
