Details of the Job/Internship

Chambers of Prakkash Rohira is hiring an Advocate with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience to join its Bandra West office. The role is full-time and on-site, with active involvement in NCLT matters, corporate and insolvency-related work, and regular court appearances.

Role and Responsibilities

• Analyse proposals related to corporate and insolvency matters.
• Verify documents and records.
• Prepare and assist in drafting resolution plans.
• Monitor cases and prepare for hearings and dates.
• Draft, review, and execute legal documents.
• Appear before courts and tribunals.
• Coordinate with and brief counsels.

Eligibility

• LL.B. with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience.
• Experience in NCLT matters.
• Knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013, the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, and the NCLT Rules, 2016.
• Strong legal research skills.
• Candidates must be residing in and experienced in Mumbai.
• Punctual, disciplined, and hardworking.
• This role is not open to freshers or interns.
