Chopade Group of Companies is hiring for the position of Advocate with 3-5 years of experience to join their office in Pune. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and vet a variety of legal documents, including franchise agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs, lease deeds, and employment contracts.
• Provide legal guidance on franchise operations under FOFO (Franchise Owned Franchise Operated) and FOCO (Franchise Owned Company Operated) models, ensuring alignment with applicable laws and regulations.
• Address legal notices, disputes, and consumer grievances, particularly related to salon services and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with municipal regulations, labor laws, hygiene standards, and other legal requirements specific to the beauty and wellness sector.
• Manage and resolve disputes involving franchise partners, customers, and internal staff.
• Offer legal training or advisory support to internal teams, particularly on contract management and regulatory best practices.
• Collaborate with external legal counsel when necessary and assist in litigation, arbitration, or other dispute resolution processes.
• Maintain comprehensive and well-organized records of contracts, legal opinions, and communications.

Eligibility

• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from a recognized university.
• Enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• 3–5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in commercial, franchise, or service-sector law.
• In-depth knowledge of the Consumer Protection Act, Shops & Establishment Act, and Labor Laws.
• Strong documentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience managing legal issues within service-based or customer-centric industries.

Salary/Stipend
