Confluence Legal is hiring an Advocate with experience of 2 to 4 years to join their office in Delhi.
Job Position: Associates (Taxation and Economic Offenses)
Role and Responsibilities
- The candidate should be interested in working on taxation and economic offence matters and should have adequate expertise in law relating to drafting, rendering legal advisory, and providing opinions on diverse legal issues.
- Good interpersonal skills are essential, as the candidate will be required to engage in client interactions and provide opinions and support. The candidate must exhibit confidence and a passion to learn and grow. The position entails a leadership role, and the candidate should possess excellent language and legal skills.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including pleadings, opinions, and contracts.
- Providing legal advisory and opinions on diverse legal issues.
- Conducting thorough legal research and analysis.
- Interacting with clients and providing clear and effective communication.
- Managing case files and contributing to case strategy.
- Assisting in client management.
Eligibility
- Work Experience: 2–4 years.
- Qualifications: LLB graduate.
- Proficient in legal drafting, including pleadings, opinions, and legal notices.
- Strong legal research and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide clear and concise legal advice.
