Confluence Legal is hiring an Advocate (Taxation and Economic Offenses) with 2–4 years of experience to join their office in Greater Kailash-1, New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including pleadings, opinions, and contracts.
• Providing legal advice and opinions on diverse legal issues.
• Conducting thorough legal research and analysis.
• Interacting with clients and providing clear and effective communication.
• Manage case files and contribute to case strategy.
• Assisting in client management.

Eligibility

• LLB graduate with 2–4 years of experience.
• Proficient in legal drafting (pleadings, opinions, and legal notices).
• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide clear and concise legal advice.
• Interest in taxation and economic offense matters.

Salary/Stipend
