Details of the Job/Internship

CreditUp Technology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a strategic and results-driven Advocate with exceptional skills in negotiation, mediation, and deal closure.

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead High-Stakes Negotiations: Represent the company in legal negotiations, ensuring the best possible terms and outcomes in financial and business transactions.
• Deal Closer: Take ownership of critical deals, using sharp legal acumen and persuasive strategies to close agreements efficiently and advantageously.
• Contract Drafting & Review: Draft, analyze, and negotiate contracts, settlements, and agreements to safeguard the company’s interests while maintaining compliance with applicable laws.
• Mediation & Dispute Resolution: Act as the primary legal representative in resolving disputes through mediation, working to achieve favorable settlements while minimizing litigation risks.
• Risk Assessment & Legal Strategy: Identify potential legal risks in business deals and develop proactive strategies to mitigate them.
• Liaison with Stakeholders: Work closely with senior management, external legal teams, and business partners to structure and finalize agreements.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all deals and negotiations align with legal and regulatory frameworks, particularly in the fintech and financial services sector.
• Business-Centric Legal Solutions: Provide practical, business-friendly legal advice that enables swift decision-making and deal execution.

Eligibility

• LLB or LLM, with additional relevant certifications preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in mediation, dispute resolution, and deal closure.
• Strong expertise in contract law, financial negotiations, and corporate transactions.
• A proven track record of closing high-value deals and settlements.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure corporate or fintech environment.

Salary/Stipend
