Details of the Job/Internship

RSA Legal Solutions is hiring Advocates experienced in customs and tax laws for a full-time on-site role in Gurugram.

Role and Responsibilities

• Advising clients on the legal implications of various tax laws, including GST and Customs, Foreign Trade Policy, FEMA and other allied laws.
• They will also draft replies to show cause notices, appeals etc.
• The Advocates will work closely with the team to develop innovative strategies and solutions for clients, and support them in complex transactions, due diligence activities, and litigation matters.

Eligibility

• A degree in law from a recognized university.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant legal experience advising clients on customs and indirect taxation laws.
• Excellent research and analytical skills coupled with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; capable of communicating complex legal issues in a clear and succinct manner.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
