Cyberonics India is hiring Advocates with 0–5 years of experience in hardcore litigation to join their legal team.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle court appearances and litigation matters.
• Draft petitions, replies, applications, written submissions, and legal notices.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case notes.
• Assist senior advocates in case strategy and file management.
• Coordinate filings and court procedures.

Eligibility

• LLB with 0–2 or 3–5 years of litigation experience.
• Strong exposure to hardcore litigation.
• Law students and aspirants are not eligible.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
