Details of the Job/Internship
D V Rao & Associates is hiring an Advocate in Hyderabad to work on corporate law, contract drafting, and Insolvency & Bankruptcy matters before NCLT and NCLAT. The role provides hands-on experience across diverse legal matters and an opportunity to develop specialised expertise.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Assist in Insolvency & Bankruptcy matters before NCLT and NCLAT.
- Conduct legal research and provide accurate advice on corporate law matters.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Support overall corporate legal operations and compliance.
Eligibility
- 1–3 years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong knowledge of Company Law, contract drafting, and Insolvency & Bankruptcy practices.
- Excellent legal drafting, research, analytical, and advocacy skills.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating effectively in Telugu.
