D V Rao & Associates is hiring a full-time Advocate with 2–5 years of experience to join their legal team in Madhapur, Hyderabad.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and vet commercial contracts and legal documents.
• Provide legal advisory in corporate law, compliance, and governance.
• Appear before NCLT and NCLAT in IBC and Company Law matters.
• Conduct legal research and support litigation and strategy.

Eligibility

• 2–5 years of experience in corporate law and NCLT practice.
• Strong skills in legal drafting, research, and contract analysis.
• Excellent command over legal procedures, communication, and advocacy.
• Proactive, responsible, and career-oriented.
