D V Rao & Associates is hiring an Advocate with experience of 3-5 years to join their office in Madhapur, Hyderabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Work on diverse legal matters including Company Law, contract drafting, and Insolvency and Bankruptcy practice.
- Appear before NCLT & NCLAT.
- Draft and review legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and provide legal opinions.
Eligibility
- 3-5 years of experience in Corporate Law and NCLT Practice.
- Strong legal drafting, research, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and advocacy skills.
