Details of the Job/Internship
D V Rao & Associates is hiring an Advocate with 2–5 years of experience in Corporate Law and NCLT practice to join their office in Madhapur, Hyderabad. The role offers exposure to Company Law, Contract Drafting, and Insolvency & Bankruptcy (IBC) matters before NCLT and NCLAT.
Role and Responsibilities
- Represent and assist in IBC matters, including filings, pleadings, and appearances before NCLT and NCLAT.
- Advise and handle matters under the Companies Act, 2013, including incorporations, restructurings, and corporate governance.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research, draft opinions, and support clients on regulatory compliance and secretarial matters.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree with 2–5 years of experience in Corporate Law.
- Hands-on experience in NCLT practice and Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC) matters.
- Strong understanding of the Companies Act, 2013, and related corporate regulations.
- Proven ability in legal drafting, research, and analytical reasoning.
- Excellent communication and advocacy skills with attention to detail and professional integrity.
