Details of the Job/Internship

Deed Agent Legal Consultancy is hiring an Advocate to join their office in Pune.

Role and Responsibilities

• The Advocate will be responsible for providing legal advisory services, handling legal documentation, representing clients in courts, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Day-to-day tasks include preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, liaising with clients, attending court hearings, and offering legal consultations.

Eligibility

• Expertise in Legal Advisory Services, Legal Documentation, and Compliance.
• Strong Advocacy and Client Representation skills.
• Proficiency in conducting Legal Research and preparing legal reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment in Pune.
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or higher.
• Experience in co-operative housing society management or real estate law is a plus.
• Membership in relevant legal associations and bar councils.

Salary/Stipend
