Deed Agent Legal Consultancy is hiring an Advocate to join their office in Pune.
Role and Responsibilities
- Offering legal advice, managing legal documentation, representing clients in court, and liaising with government officials.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents.
- Researching legal precedents.
- Ensuring compliance with co-operative housing regulations.
- Handling dispute resolutions.
- Providing clients with comprehensive legal support.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or related field.
- Legal advisory and client representation skills.
- Document drafting, reviewing, and management skills.
- Research and analytical skills related to legal precedents.
- Knowledge of co-operative housing regulations and compliance.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
- Experience in the real estate or housing sector is a plus.
- Proficiency in local regulations and government processes.
