Desai Law chambers is looking for candidates for the position of Advocate.

Role and Responsibilities

• As an Advocate at Desai Law Chambers, you will be responsible for providing legal representation and advice to clients, preparing legal documents, conducting research, and representing clients in courts.
• You will also collaborate with other legal professionals to develop strategies and arguments.

Eligibility

• Graduate degree in Law (LLB or LLM)
• Admission to the Bar Council as an Advocate
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to handle a high caseload and work under pressure
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
• Previous experience in legal practice is preferred

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
