Details of the Job/Internship
Deshmukh Legal Associates Pvt Ltd is hiring an Advocate with experience of 3–4 years to join their office in Pune.
Role and Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive drafting of legal documents, including pleadings, notices, and applications.
- Represent the firm's clients in various court proceedings and judicial hearings.
- Conduct in-depth legal research to support complex civil and cooperative cases.
- Manage end-to-end case files and ensure all deadlines are strictly met.
- Coordinate directly with clients to gather facts and provide regular case updates.
- Develop and present persuasive legal arguments during court appearances.
Eligibility
- 3–4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in litigation practice.
- Specialized experience in Civil and Cooperative law is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in drafting and legal research.
- Proven confidence in court appearances and oral argumentation.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage responsibilities efficiently.
