Details of the Job/Internship

Diwan Advocates is hiring an Advocate (PQE-5) specializing in Civil and Commercial Trial Litigation to join their Delhi office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage and handle civil and commercial litigation cases.
• Draft, review, and finalize legal documents.
• Appear in court and represent clients effectively.
• Conduct thorough legal research and develop case strategies.
• Maintain and manage client relationships.
• Provide legal counsel to clients.
• Collaborate with team members and work independently as required.

Eligibility

• Extensive experience in Civil and Commercial Litigation.
• Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
• Strong courtroom experience and trial advocacy skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong client relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Salary/Stipend
