Dixit Singh Moid & Associates is hiring an Advocate with 0–2 years of post-qualification experience on a project basis at their New Delhi office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in matters related to securities law.
• Apply SEBI regulations to advisory and transactional work.
• Support deal structuring and transactional documentation.
• Collaborate on legal research and drafting.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree with 0–2 years of post-qualification experience.
• Exposure to securities law.
• Working knowledge of SEBI regulations.
• Interest or experience in transaction and deal advisory.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
