Edvisars Consultancy Services is hiring an Advocate with experience of 3–5 years to join their office at Bengali Market, Mandi House, New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft legal notices and replies.
- Draft commercial agreements.
- Vet and review agreements.
- Provide written legal opinions.
- Attend client meetings.
- Review legal and commercial documentation.
Eligibility
- 3–5 years PQE.
- Strong experience in drafting agreements, MOUs, and deeds.
- Solid court experience.
- Excellent drafting skills and commercial understanding of contracts.
- Professional communication and client-handling ability.
