Edvisars Consultancy Services is hiring an Advocate with experience of 3–5 years to join their office at Bengali Market, Mandi House, New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting legal notices and replies.
• Drafting commercial agreements.
• Vetting and reviewing agreements.
• Providing written legal opinions.
• Attending client meetings.
• Reviewing legal and commercial documentation.

Eligibility

• Excellent drafting skills.
• Strong knowledge of substantive and procedural law.
• Commercial understanding of contracts.
• Professional communication and client-handling ability.
• Experience of 3–5 years in drafting agreements, MOUs, and deeds with some litigation experience.

Salary/Stipend

24,000 to 40,000/-
