Edvisars Consultancy Services is hiring an Advocate with experience of 3 to 5 years to join their office in Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting - Legal Notices, 138 Complaints, Commercial Matters, Recovery Matters, NCLT, etc.
- Agreement Drafting & Vetting: Create and review agreements, including MSAs, NDAs, property-related contracts, and more for businesses of various sizes.
- Legal Advise: Offer legal opinions on diverse matters for clients.
Eligibility
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, with a consistent career history.
- Advocates who have litigation experience and are willing to switch to corporate.
- Preference to Advocates who have litigation experience and are willing to switch to corporate.
