Role and Responsibilities

• Draft legal notices and replies.
• Draft commercial agreements.
• Vet and review agreements.
• Provide written legal opinions.
• Attend client meetings.
• Review legal and commercial documentation.

Eligibility

• Advocate with 3–5 years of post-qualification experience in litigation.
• Strong drafting fundamentals.
• Sound knowledge of substantive and procedural law.
• Commercial understanding of contracts.
• Professional communication and client-handling skills.
• Serious interest in long-term growth in corporate and advisory practice.
