Details of the Job/Internship

Edvisars Consultancy Services is hiring an Advocate with more than 3 years of experience to join their office in Delhi. Preference will be given to candidates with litigation experience who are willing to switch to corporate practice.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft legal documents including legal notices, Section 138 complaints, and documents related to commercial and recovery matters.
• Provide legal opinions and advice on diverse client matters.
• Attend court occasionally as required.

Eligibility

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Consistent career history.
• Advocates with litigation experience who are willing to transition to corporate law.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
