Details of the Job/Internship

Edvisars Consultancy Services is hiring an Advocate with over 3 years of experience to join their office in Bengali Market, Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft legal notices, Section 138 complaints, commercial and recovery matters, and NCLT-related documents.
• Create and review agreements including MSAs, NDAs, and property-related contracts.
• Provide legal opinions on diverse matters.
• Occasional court visits.

Eligibility

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Preference for advocates with litigation experience who are willing to switch to corporate law.

Salary/Stipend
